In this 45-minute one-on-one session, you’ll:

I’ll listen deeply to your challenges and share relevant common struggles among sensitive and empathic individuals, along with their underlying causes. Together, we’ll identify what resonates, explore how past experiences shaped your perspectives and beliefs, and begin uncovering patterns that contribute to your current struggles.

Discover New Perspectives and Prioritize Steps

You’ll gain alternative viewpoints and practical steps to address your challenges. If you feel overwhelmed by multiple issues, I’ll help you prioritize which ones to tackle first and provide short-term coping strategies where helpful, while creating a long-term plan for resolution.

Receive Support and Affirmation

If you already have ideas or insights about how to handle your situation but feel uncertain, I’ll help you refine and validate those ideas where appropriate. When clarity is lacking, I’ll offer thoughtful feedback and alternative perspectives. Either way, this process helps you move forward with greater clarity and assurance in your decisions.

All you need is a web browser on your computer or the free Google Meet app on your mobile device.

In-Person Session

We can meet at my office at 136 Maine St, Fl 2, Ste 4 in Brunswick, Maine, USA.

  • Cost: $75 (If you decide to explore further coaching, this fee will be applied to your chosen Coaching Path.)
